Working as part of our administrative team, you will support our clinicians in sending out correspondence and booking appointments.
You will answer emails and telephone calls, following up actions where required.
You will need to be confident in using the full Microsoft Office suite including Outlook, Word and Excel.
As the first point of contact on Reception, you will have good interpersonal skills, providing an important link between the families and our clinicians.
You will also be required to work on your own initiative and demonstrate a willingness to help others as a key member of the team.
You will be expected to be able to priorities work and meet deadlines in order to fulfil the requirements of the post.
You will carry out day-to-day organization of systems to ensure the smooth running of the administration team.
