Job Description
- Responsible for the oversight and enhancement of all the financial accounting, reconciliations and operational duties
- Leadership of Controls and Transactional finance team.
- Ownership of audit process and lead relationship with external auditors
- Identify areas for enhancement and controls improvement, with system and process implementation
- Management of team of 10-15 people.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Extensive Financial Control experience in Payments environment or similar organization
- Demonstrable team leadership experience
- Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA)
- Strong controls and operations experience
- System exposure (Oracle ideal)
- Continuous improvement mindset
