Job Description
- Build strong relationships with the surrounding business and creating a positive working environment for staff
- Driving performance and improvement along with general management duties and responsibilities
- Monitoring and implementing best practice around legal and regulatory standards and adhering to the business' compliance procedures
- Positive people management, which includes coaching and supporting your team through regular performance reviews
- Providing support when required with processing transactions
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Ability to analyse issues, develop solutions and influence key decisions
- Background in a highly procedural/process heavy role
- Experience of leadership
- Understanding of retail sales culture and ability to work closely with on-the-ground sales teams
