With a strong financial background as a Qualified Accountant (ACCA or CIMA), you will focus on balance sheet control, fixed asset management, financial reporting and analysis. This is a hybrid based role, and commuting weekly to the office in Billericay is essential.

You will be seen to be a Champion and role model for our values across the business. You will be a key contact for day-today audit queries, overseeing the schedule to ensure a clean and efficient audit process.

You will be responsible for the preparation of monthly central function costs and budgeting, as well as business partnering. Maintaining the accuracy of the fixed asset register and providing support to the Finance Director to ensure the business has the necessary insurance policies in place.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

You'll currently be a Financial Controller, Qualified Accountant, or Finance Manager with experience managing and engaging a large team; we need someone who is passionate and eager to mentor and support throughout the team.

You're preferred style of working will be to collaborate across business areas, to achieve the best possible business outcomes.
