We are looking for an administrator to join them on a full time basis. This hands on position will suit someone who is looking for variation within their day to day routine.
Manage all forms of correspondence
Create and update customer records and databases
Submit timely reports to customers
Order processing, purchasing
Filing, photocopying and scanning as and when required
Assist colleagues wherever necessary
Work Hours: Full -time 8am to 5pm, 1 hour lunch
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
Knowledge of Sage and Clik would be useful but training will be given
Strong attention to details
Ability to work on own initiative
Excellent time management skills
Pleasant and effective telephone manner
Ability to multitask
