Job Description
  • To carry out general Sales Administration and ad hoc duties as required.
  • To have read, understood and comply with Company Policy and Procedures at all times.
  • To assist in progression of sales
  • Support sales department with administrative tasks such as updating systems and 3 rd party sales platforms.
  • Liaise with colleagues and 3rd parties to coordinate documents, reports and legal documents
  • To produce weekly reports and to manage customer databases
  • To carry out secretarial duties for Sales Director and Sales Department as required to
  • include diary management and coordinating meetings
  • Update customer databases
  • Ensuring filling it kept up to date
