Job Description
- To carry out general Sales Administration and ad hoc duties as required.
- To have read, understood and comply with Company Policy and Procedures at all times.
- To assist in progression of sales
- Support sales department with administrative tasks such as updating systems and 3 rd party sales platforms.
- Liaise with colleagues and 3rd parties to coordinate documents, reports and legal documents
- To produce weekly reports and to manage customer databases
- To carry out secretarial duties for Sales Director and Sales Department as required to
- include diary management and coordinating meetings
- Update customer databases
- Ensuring filling it kept up to date
