Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their stunning offices. This will be working for reputable company within their field, supporting their customers with any queries they may face.
RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Respond to enquiries over telephone, email and live chat
  • Processing customer orders
  • Managing and creating quotations for customers
  • Creating new customer accounts on their CRM system
  • Ensuring stock levels are accurate and updating the system
  • Liaising with other departments on delays on deliveries
  • Updating customers on delivery times
  • Ad-hoc administration when required

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Great communication skill
  • Excellent user of MS Office
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong Administration experience
  • Telephone customer service experience
