We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their stunning offices. This will be working for reputable company within their field, supporting their customers with any queries they may face.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Respond to enquiries over telephone, email and live chat
- Processing customer orders
- Managing and creating quotations for customers
- Creating new customer accounts on their CRM system
- Ensuring stock levels are accurate and updating the system
- Liaising with other departments on delays on deliveries
- Updating customers on delivery times
- Ad-hoc administration when required
