Job Description

We have a fantastic new opportunity to support the customer service team within a leading pharmaceutical company. You will be responsible for processing orders, liaising with couriers and managing order fulfilment.

This position will involve, but will not be limited to:

  • Processing sales orders accurately in a timely manner.
  • Handling inbound telephone calls and emails including sales orders and customer service enquiries.
  • Registering new customers and maintaining records in accordance with due diligence procedures.
  • General administrative duties to contribute to the smooth running of the department.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
