Job Description
We are recruiting for a Payroll Administrator with Bureau experience working for a well-established company in Beaconsfield.
Duties:
- Managing payroll (weekly, fortnightly, monthly).
- Managing the whole process.
- Production and dispatch of pay slips and P45's etc.
- Updating clients and auto enrolling.
- Input and reporting to/from the payroll system (mainly STAR).
- Production of files for upload to the relevant pension providers.
- Consultation and reconciliation of payments with checks clients.
- Auto Enrolment set-up, including use of The Pensions Regulator website.
- Updating data sheets and database.
- General admin.
- Timesheets.
