Job Description

You will need to work very closely with EMEA sales and account management teams, product management teams, platform, internal Global Tech & Ops teams and external vendors to ensure successful delivery and management of the product suite.

Responsibilities – the emphasis will vary according to the chosen candidate’s expertise and the business’ strategy:

  • Manages a portfolio of B2B products comprising Purchasing Card, virtual purchasing cards and associated products and services.
  • Develop and execute the Product Strategy, and implement new product capabilities
  • Manage and improve external sales collateral, internal training materials, and product input to responses/ sales presentations / account management reviews. This material covers both EMEA and Global markets
  • Develop relationships with new partners where appropriate, e.g. product partnerships, supplier onboarding.
  • Align closely with all relevant global stakeholders. Ensure consistency in identification and delivery of solutions globally.
  • Support Treasury Sales Officers, Card Account Managers and Product Sales Specialists with product related questions/ issues
  • Create competitive analysis to highlight gaps to market and prioritise development efforts
  • Represent the EMEA region in internal global product forums
  • Manage regular team routines EMEA and Card monthly business reviews, Product workshops, Investment governance, regular business partner meetings.
  • Support compliance projects and developments.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Multiyear experience in financial product management and/or B2B product/partnership development
  • Prior product management experience in a client-facing role.
  • Knowledge of commercial payables solutions, ideally cards
  • Excellent personal computer and presentation skills.
  • Strong ability to learn quickly and multi-task.
  • Able to manage both internal and external business partners in order to deliver solutions to meet client needs.
  • Good analytical skills, creative, a problem solver.
  • Understanding of the Bank of America Product Management function and structure
  • Knowledge of MasterCard and Card Industry processes, with specific understanding of the Global Reporting and Account Management system.
  • Understanding of expense and buying systems and how they integrate with Card Management solutions.
  • Project Management.
  • Understanding of international corporate’ treasury functions
