Job Description
  • Supporting the Business Manager in the day-to-day operations of the practice, ensuring staff achieve their primary responsibilities
  • Overseeing the administrative elements, including maintaining call and recall via Ardens searches alongside our Clinical Administrators.
  • Attend and take minutes of internal and external meetings, and completing actions where necessary
  • Supporting the Business Manager in implementing systems to ensure compliance with CQC regulations and standards using GPTN and in house processes.
  • Updating practice policies and ensuring processes are updated throughout the practice.
  • Support practice audits and practice projects.
  • Completing administrative tasks relating to medical students joining the practice.
  • Supporting on boarding of new staff, including HR checks and induction
  • Liaising with GPs, clinicians, nursing staff and administrators for the smooth running of the practice
