You’ll provide general administrative support for the area management team as directed by the area office coordinator. You’ll coordinate booking arrangements, ordering supplies and process incoming and outgoing mail.
You’ll provide reception services, including telephone support, taking messages, welcoming guests, providing refreshments.
You’ll have some experience working in an administrative role. You can provide excellent customer service and have a tactful, flexible and helpful approach, as well as excellent organizational skills. You\'re able to work independently and as part of a busy team. You have a detailed understanding of the Microsoft Office Suite, and Math and English qualifications at GCSE Level (grade A-C) (or equivalent) or will be able to demonstrate competence at this level through assessment.
