Job Description
  • Manual sales invoicing
  • Processing of automatic sales invoicing
  • Purchasing ledger input
  • Credit control
  • Communicating and liaising (verbally and in writing) with customers/ suppliers and relevant staff
  • Banking of BACS and credit card payments
  • Maintaining accurate records on SAGE

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Knowledge of double-entry book-keeping
  • SAGE, Excel and Word
  • Organizational skills
  • 5 GCSE's (including English and Math)
  • Self-motivation and ability to work unsupervised
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Friendly and enthusiastic
