Job Description

We are looking for someone to join our team here as our Weekend Receptionist/Admin. Experience is preferred however not necessary, as training will be provided.

The job role includes:

  • Answering the telephone
  • Monitoring Emails
  • Completing general admin tasks

The days required for this position are as follows

  • Every other Saturday
  • Every Sunday
  • Bank Holidays 
  • Additional holiday cover during the week

Schedule:

  • Weekends only

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Organized
  • Well-spoken and presented
  • Able to use basic computer programs such as Word and Excel
  • Able to work efficiently and effectively as part of a team and alone
