Job Description

You will be providing support to the Corporate Appointee Team along with the DoLs and Safeguarding Practitioners. This will include but are not limited to:

  • Keeping information within the Adult’s Data Systems up to date
  • Producing letters, reports and spreadsheets using applications such as Word & Excel
  • Answering, filtering and responding to all calls and messages to priorities urgent requests or queries
  • Maintaining both paper and electronic files to ensure confidential and sensitive files are stored correctly
  • Assist the Financial Management Officer in managing each individual service user’s financial affairs to ensure that all invoices received are relevant, accurate and paid within specified time scales.
  • To administer weekly personal allowances for community based service users, including ordering cash from cash office/post office for each individual
  • Maintain chequebooks, cash and receipt books and handle the cash handover to service users and careers
  • Processing supplier invoices within timescales and maintaining records sufficiently
