Job Description
The purpose of the role is to provide efficient and comprehensive administration support to a designated business area(s) for a wide range of business processes and events.
Administration duties will be varied and wide-ranging but will most likely relate to the following main areas:
- Ensuring compliance with data protection regulations
- Filing and archiving business information in accordance with data retention policies
- Organizing visits and managing guests, including site tours and room bookings
- Supporting key communication events like Roadshows
- Managing internal communications through various methods including Sugarnet
- General event management and coordination
- Processing invoices and managing vendors, goods and services in adherence with the SAP procurement process
- Purchasing equipment/services as needed by your business area(s)
- Identifying cross-functional efficiencies in site-wide purchasing
- Diary and expense management for designated teams/individuals
- Participation in core safety committee and quality activity
- Coordination and support for wellness initiatives across site
- Coordination and preparation of induction and onboarding programmes for new joiners
- Support for and involvement with culture committee activities
- Managing suggestion schemes and supporting communication efforts at your location
- Organizing and supporting community involvement initiatives
- Managing IT community processes (such as GAL photos)
- First point of contact for your business area(s) in relation working environment/facilities needs
- Any additional support as reasonably required
