Job Description
We are looking to appoint a full time Receptionist to join our Stockport Branch Team - Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm.
This is a key role in our team and will be responsible for the following areas
- You will put premium customer care at the forefront of everything you do, providing premium brand service to our customers “before they even walk through the door”.
- You should be capable of managing (multiple) electronic diaries to maximize appointment potential and ensure customers are kept advised of their appointments.
- You should be confident take the initiative to promote the Wellness programme, sell accessories and care plans by positively influencing and persuading customers.
- Presentation of branch and self you will be responsible for ensuring yourself and our branch are well presented, consistent with a premium brand.
- You will be a confident user of IT systems, have good planning and organization skills with an excellent telephone manner
