Job Description

We are looking for a Junior PA to provide administrative support to the Group Managing Director/Chief Treasury Officer, Group Finance Director and Executive Direct Reports to ensure the efficient running of the business area. You will provide support for the Executive Assistant and cover periods of absence.

  • Provide comprehensive assistance to EDR/Directors as delegated by EA of Treasury/Finance in a fast paced environment.
  • Take ownership of raising and approving purchase orders
  • Organizing EDR/Director’s travel, visas and accommodation arrangements
  • Take ownership of administration surrounding Treasury and Finance recognition programme
  • Assist EA with team social arrangements, lunches etc.
  • Organizing corporate gifting
  • Meeting room management
  • Liaison with Facilities department – meeting room set up, all hospitality requests (catering)
  • Ordering stationary/business cards
  • Scanning/printing/organizing signatures/ad-hoc admin duties
  • Meeting visitors and making arrangements.
  • Act as an ambassador, gatekeeper and point of contact for the MD/Director when the Executive Assistant is absent or needs support.
  • At all times, dealing with all matters in an efficient, sensitive and reliable manner.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Attention to detail with strong time management and organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Can-do attitude
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach
  • Flexible and adaptable to change – able to work in a fast paced environment
  • Knowledge and previous experience working as PA/EA/Receptionist/Administration would be advantageous but is not essential
