We seek to appoint an Administrative Assistant to support our Assistant Bursar (Compliance) who is responsible for ensuring company is fully compliant at all times with a wide variety of guidelines and legislation.
Specific responsibilities will include; amending policies and templates, scheduling meetings, maintaining accident records and health and safety check records, liaising with external agencies such as insurers and the local authority. The post-holder will also provide support in overseeing arrangements for educational visits. Strong administrative and IT skills are required, along with a meticulous eye for detail.
This is a newly created role and presents an exciting opportunity for development. The working hours will be part time and can be discussed with short-listed candidates at interview stage and agreed on appointment.
The salary will be commensurate with the post and will depend upon qualifications and experience.
