Job Description

This is a permanent post, you will be working 37 hours per week, Monday – Friday. Working arrangements are flexible in line with our culture so that we deliver an excellent and accessible service for customers. We offer a flexible approach to your office base, with options of splitting your time working from home and attending our office when required. We are looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, is accurate with data entry and has fantastic communication skills.
What you’ll be doing?

  • Provide clerical and administrative support to Clear & Clean and Fencing teams including Jobber and related processes
  • To assist in the provision of the Together Housing’s Environmental Services Division, being the team’s first point of contact with customers, colleagues, contractor’s suppliers, partners, Local Authorities.
  • To provide clerical and administrative support to Environmental Services Division including administering orders, invoices, and dealing with customer queries and complaints.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Experience of clerical / administration work
  • Experience of inputting and retrieving data on computerized information systems including Microsoft Office packages
  • Experience of dealing with customers within in a customer service environment
  • Numeracy and written skills sufficient to carry out the duties of the post
  • Ability to prepare basic spreadsheets using Microsoft excel
