Job Description

We have exciting plans for the future with the development of our existing network as well as new sites joining our estate. We plan to own and operate 300 sites in the next 5 years and therefore as our estate grows we need more team members. ‍

What would my main responsibilities?

• Provide a fantastic customer service experience,
• Be an all-rounder - Cash handling, stock replenishment, Cleaning duties, etc.
• Sell products according to policies and procedures E.g. Challenge 25.
• Be flexible to cover shifts

Night sales assistants at Ascona would be required to work alone. Hours from 10 pm-6 am. Due to legal requirements must be over the age of 18. Possibility of working dual sites within Plymouth. Must be able to help cover Staff holidays and sickness.The safety of our employees is paramount.

Schedule:

• Saturday & Sunday nights (11pm - 7am)

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

The successful applicants will be serving customers' needs through the safety night hatch, whilst the main store is closed and secure, however, due to this position being night and lone working - We require our night sales assistants to be alert and vigilant at all times.

Applicants must be 18 and older due to the nature of the position. Previous retail experience would be an advantage, however, full training will be provided.
