Diary management and organization – setting reminders and general organization of all aspects of the MD’s requirements on a day-to-day basis.
Controlling access to the MD and Chairman
Typing and compiling correspondence – email, written, oral
All aspects of administration and filing
Organising MD’s personal commitments in relation to other entities
Coordinating full and complex travel arrangements for the MD and other management
Managing requests such as emails, calls, visits by drafting responses and redirecting as appropriate to efficiently manage the MD’s time, dealing with incoming emails and post, screening and responding to these on behalf of the MD where appropriate
Attending, organizing, and assisting with company events and representing the company on such occasions where required.

8 hour shift

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Successful track record in providing an efficient and comprehensive PA/Secretarial service to Senior Managers
Excellent IT skills and proficient in the use of MS Office and a range of software.
Excellent word processing. Exceptional written and oral communication.
Ability to work under pressure and to tight timescales and demands
Ability to deal diplomatically with confidential material and ensure discretion is applied
The ability to work under your own initiative
Flexibility and adaptability to juggle a range of different tasks and to work outside of normal working hours to ensure all objectives are achieved
Experience:
Executive & Personal Assistants: 3 years (preferred)
