As a Customer Service Advisor, you will provide support to our new and existing customers via phone, email, live chat and more.
Undertaking a range of outbound tasks, you will phone customers with order updates and potential sales opportunities, ensuring every one of them is happy.
You will also make sure that our excellent Social Media footprint is maintained, from Trust Pilot to Instagram.
To be considered as a Customer Service Advisor, you will need:
- Experience dealing with customers face to face, over the telephone and via email
- Experience of customer service
- Experience of dealing with customer complaints
- Good listening skills
- Problem-solving skills
