Job Description

We are looking to recruit a new team member for our Finance Department. You will assist in the provision of a high quality, efficient and effective payroll and pensions service.

Key responsibilities include but are not exhaustive;

  • Assist in the production of the Trust’s monthly payroll.
  • Ensure all pension administration is completed promptly and accurately.
  • Assist in dealing with payroll queries.
  • Support the Senior Payroll Officer to ensure a seamless relationship exists with all parties both internal to the Trust and external.

We are looking for someone with excellent numeracy and accurate data inputting skills. We would also like the Administrative Assistant to be confident in liaising with customers via phone and email.The Administrative Assistant should be comfortable working independently and often unsupervised and as part of a team.
