Job Description
The successful candidate maintains a frontline presence, receiving and greeting visitors, and ensuring Covid safety guidelines are met for visitor site access.
- Booking travel, accommodation and the necessary Covid tests
- Supplier set-up (Oracle Cloud)
- Obtaining and recording visitor approvals
- Credit card statement & invoice reconciliations
- Maintaining office supplies and ordering replenishments (e.g. stationery, kitchen/meeting room supplies, first aid supplies, etc.)
- Issue of work wear
- Providing cover for reception and receptionist duties
- Helping with the organization of staff events, arranging flower deliveries/staff gifts, etc
- Document formatting
- Ad hoc office duties
