This role can be located in either our Manchester or Liverpool Offices.
Role Requirements and Responsibilities
- Delivering pre renewal activity and information to underwriters to inform decision making on all renewals and new business.
- Being agile and responding to underwriter changes to meet rate, retention and growth targets.
- Managing customer midterm policy changes, including general broker queries and accounts queries.
- Providing policy administration and fulfilment on successfully acquired business, delivering in line with regulatory requirements.
- Assessing broker needs and providing appropriate customer support.
- Ensuring customer service and satisfaction standards are consistently achieved in line with our policies and processes.
- Managing personal performance against key business targets, applying best practice to support retention delivery and acquisition of new customers.
- Follow system and defined process standards to ensure regulatory compliance with the Financial Conduct Authority.
