Job Description

This role can be located in either our Manchester or Liverpool Offices.

Role Requirements and Responsibilities

  • Delivering pre renewal activity and information to underwriters to inform decision making on all renewals and new business. 
  • Being agile and responding to underwriter changes to meet rate, retention and growth targets.
  • Managing customer midterm policy changes, including general broker queries and accounts queries. 
  • Providing policy administration and fulfilment on successfully acquired business, delivering in line with regulatory requirements.
  • Assessing broker needs and providing appropriate customer support. 
  • Ensuring customer service and satisfaction standards are consistently achieved in line with our policies and processes.
  • Managing personal performance against key business targets, applying best practice to support retention delivery and acquisition of new customers. 
  • Follow system and defined process standards to ensure regulatory compliance with the Financial Conduct Authority.
  • Taking ownership of your own development to fulfil your potential and maximise your performance.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Previous experience of working in an administration role would be preferred. 
  • You’ll need to be a driven and motivated team player with a hardworking, ‘can do’ attitude and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
  • You’ll need lots of initiative and the ability to multi task to solve a variety of problems. 
  • You will have a high degree of accuracy and a keen eye for detail.
  • Finally a high level of enthusiasm, resilience and a good sense of fun will stand you in good stead for a role with the Group.
