Job Description

We are an award-winning IT Solution provider, and our main concern is ensuring the efficiency of your experience as a customer. We pride ourselves on being able to diagnose and solve a problem quickly and efficiently.

You will be operating as a further ticket escalation point for all 1st Line Support Engineers to try a find a solution to the problem. You will work to business requirements to provide advice and support to clients alongside building a rapport to enable the opportunity to engage in repeat business.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Windows Servers / Office 365 / Networking
  • Ideally at least 2 years’ experience
  • Great attitude
  • Desire to learn and embrace the abundant training available
  • Understanding of Office 365
  • Commercial Experience with Networking
  • Knowledge using Windows Servers
