Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

We are looking for:

• Experience of managing and developing a team or others
• Professional qualification in, and/or substantial practical knowledge of market research, consumer behaviour or related discipline
• Significant experience of successfully leading impactful customer insights programmes, including experience of designing, managing, conducting and reporting findings from quantitative and qualitative market research projects
• Experience of working with all types of data, and synthesising information from various sources to form a comprehensive yet concise picture
• Solid understanding of marketing campaign strategies, the principles of database marketing and experience of working with direct marketing teams in order to provide support in audience segmentation and best practice advice.
