Job Description
This is an excellent opportunity to grow early career to senior position in the company. The candidate will report to the Finance Manager working alongside the finance team. Candidates with relevant experience and finance qualification are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Bookkeeping, data entry with accuracy
- Creation of purchase orders, delivery notes, invoices, and remittances.
- Managing pro-forma invoices and releasing orders.
- Record online order payments as required.
- Liaise with customers to resolve queries.
- Cashbook functions and bank & cash reconciliations (upkeep of cash and petty cash book including Purchase Ledger).
- Purchase ledger processing and reconciling supplier statements.
- The creation of financial management reports.
- Time management.
- Compliance and administration of Licenses and Warrantees.
- Any other ad hoc finance & admin duties as requested by line manager.
