Job Description
  • Match and process purchase ledger invoices
  • Input invoices on SAGE
  • Reconciliation of supplier statements
  • Provide cover for payroll
  • Resolving queries with both the operations team and suppliers
  • Nominal reconciliations
  • Assisting with weekly director reports
  • Handling phone and email queries
  • Bank Postings
  • Supporting company Finance Manager with daily duties
  • Basic Credit Control

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Excellent attention to detail, able to input data quickly and accurately.
  • Good communication and team working skills.
  • Experience working in a Finance environment.
  • Sage Line 50 Experience preferable.
