Job Description
  • Serving as the first point of contact; managing office correspondence, making and receiving of calls, dealing with emails, letters and packages
  • Organize and schedule appointments ; plan and attend meetings and produce accurate minutes
  • Maintain filing system and Tenant/Contractor contact sheet
  • Creating a general workflow
  • Health and Safety procedures
  • Maintaining office supplies
  • Adhering to office protocol and policies

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Proven experience in an Administrative role
  • Good organizational skills
  • A preferred basic knowledge of office management
  • Pleasant and confident telephone manner
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in difficult situations
  • Ability to work with other team members effectively
