Job Description
We are currently seeking a Customer Services Coordinator on a temporary basis for up to 12 months. The purpose of this position is to create and maintain relationships with customers whilst providing the highest level of support. This busy and rewarding role would suit a customer focused, hands-on and pro-active individual who learns quickly and has the ability to get things done in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Accurately processing and tracking of customer orders in SAP and other IFF internal systems
- Dealing with all day to day enquiries, i.e. order amendments/ credit notes, C of A' etc.
- Loading and acknowledging order related complaints and updating the customer regularly on status
- Evaluating customer priorities and endeavoring to achieve customer needs bearing in mind business goals
- Liaising/coordinating with other functions to meet customer requirements both within the UK group and with other Affiliates
- Maintaining up to date and accurate data within SAP (e.g. Customer details, packaging information etc.)
- Preparing and sending general documentations to customers i.e. copies of invoices, POD’s etc
- Providing support for the commercial teams (e.g. occasional customer visits, providing data on order patterns, on time deliveries etc., assisting with NPI’s introduction, coordinating with CPD/Sales team on trial productions)
