You’re a fully ACA/ACCA or CIMA qualified Management Accountant and you’re working for a small to medium-sized company. Maybe you have nowhere to grow and you’re finding yourself feeling frustrated. Somewhere where your ideas are listened to and implemented, and your reporting is not only relevant but used in a practical way, to make commercial business decisions.

Understanding the importance of a balance sheet and how to allocate the right costs to the right area, you’ll be delivering high-quality accounts analysis including variances and trends and supporting the finance team on best practices. As well as getting involved in process improvements and reviewing cost analysis to identify cost reductions.

You’ll be working for a team that’s not highly corporate but where everyone understands that whilst they have an area of personal responsibility, they help each other, mucking in when it's necessary to get tasks completed. Where new ideas are heard and regularly implemented.
Normal hours are 8 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday but there will be flexibility around your needs, provided core hours are covered daily.

It’ll be office-based, but you will have the flexibility to work from home also. Benefits include 33 days holiday, including bank holidays and a health insurance plan.
