Job Description
  • Supporting the accounts office, management team and credit control with varying administrative support duties.
  • Answering the telephone.
  • Preparing and depositing takings and completing banking books.
  • Managing the petty cash floats etc.
  • Processing goods inwards paperwork.
  • Dealing with customer and supplier invoice queries.
  • Maintaining the customer database.
  • Ordering stationery and company work wear / uniform.
  • Filing
  • Other general tasks when required.

Hours of work: Monday to Friday 8.00am to 5.00pm plus alternate Saturday mornings 8.30am to 12.00pm.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • A good communicator that works well on his or her own initiative but also as part of a team.
  • Courteous and welcoming at all times.
  • A good communicator with a sense of humor and a warming persona.
  • Possess numeracy, literacy and IT skills.
  • A positive can-do attitude.
  • Customer service orientated.
  • Keen to learn and develop within a fast growing local company.
  • Knowledge of the industry is advantageous however, training will be provided.
  • Highly organized.
  • Experience in working with accounting software such as Sage Professional.
  • Computer literate with software such as Microsoft Office.
  • The ability to manage a strong workload.
