Job Description
  • To promote highest levels of team response and customer service in line with brand and style guidelines.
  • To hit annual revenue targets set for year, maximizing conversion rates and working towards exceeding targets.
  • To understand market trends and proactively identify challenges and opportunities that may aid digital marketing efforts.
  • Provide leadership to maximise recruitment and revenue growth potential to meet student targets within the strategic plan
  • To motivate the team to meet revenue targets across each intake of the year.
  • Ensure the Digital Course Advisors are familiar with all sources of information needed to fulfil their role.
  • To hire, train, develop and support new team members and direct reports.
  • To anticipate challenges to the projected firms Digital sales cycle and help devise solutions.
  • To contribute to the development and implementation of new and existing processes within Hubspot and other Such systems like Salesforce.
  • Responsible for building and maintaining a good relationship with the Admissions teams within the University and for defining and driving policy decisions
  • To deal effectively with challenges that arise during the recruitment process
  • Support events at the University or in market for prospecting to recruit future students
  • Support face to face events with current students
  • Support recruitment campaigns in association with Marketing including, but not limited to, social media, webinars, email, press and print
  • Travel as a representative of the University partner on behalf of Digital and in association with the partner University in the UK and overseas as required
  • To provide feedback on performance of digital marketing campaigns and to further improve and develop our sales and marketing strategies
  • To assist and support in the collection and reporting of key metrics aligned with the business goals and prepare recruitment and performance data for management team as required
  • Meet with the partner University and its representatives to decide and deliver on policy and procedure regarding recruitment performance of the partnership with this firm
  • To participate in the annual performance appraisal process.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Education

  • Graduate - - Desirable - Business or Marketing degree or equivalent work-based learning in Marketing role.

Experience Required

  • Management of a small team
  • Student Recruitment, Course Advisory or Admissions experience in a Management capacity
  • Experienced in the Education sector
  • Excellent communication and consultative sales skills.
  • Persuasive relationship builder.
  • Strong work ethic, self-motivated, punctual and highly organised.
  • Customer service oriented.
  • Pride in delivery of work to high standards, set and meet challenging goals.
  • Attention to detail, cultural awareness and sensitivity.
  • Enthusiastic and energetic, with a track record of high achievement.
  • Supportive team player.
  • Target-driven and ambitious.
  • Aptitude for using technology and CRM system.
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent.

Desirable Criteria

  • Proven track-record in increasing sales revenue
  • Experience of direct sales to consumer
  • Experience of using Hubspot / Salesforce
  • Performance managing a sales team
