Job Description

As we continue to grow we are excited that the role of Administration Assistant has become available in our Assets Team who are vital in providing an excellent service within our organization. The role is permanent, full time role, 37 hours per week with a starting salary of £17,984 a year.

The role of Administration Assistant is a vital role within our Assets Team as they provide comprehensive administrative support to the Central Admin Team and Support Services.

You will be responsible for processing letters, updating systems and undertaking tenant satisfaction surveys.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

To be successful in the role of Administration Assistant our new team member will be educated to level 2 or have equivalent experience in a business administration field as well as having skills below:

  • Reception or front of house experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communicator
  • Ability to work under pressure and priorities work to meet deadlines and targets
  • Proficient IT skills and attention to detail
