Job Description
You will work closely with integrity teams, product marketing, sales support teams, business planning & operations and relationship management to define problem statements, understand root causes and create, then implement, plans to improve how we run our business. Successful candidates for this team are adaptable, creative, have a bias toward action, aren't afraid of being wrong, and can successfully work across various teams & countries.
- Partner with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Product, and Engineering to lead or contribute to large scale strategic projects as well as solve ongoing operational problems at scale
- Represent the voice of sales teams to cross-functional Business Integrity stakeholders (operations, policy, product and engineering) on topics including customer experience and policy enforcement
- Develop and drive initiatives to enable advertiser quality in partnership with scaled global operations and technical teams using sound analysis and impact metrics to support your positions
- Leverage data informed insights to drive new products and initiatives
- Work with data and measurement partners to identify and track key program performance indicators, and ensure the results contribute to overall company, product, customer, and community experience goals
- Identify trends to improve team efficiency
- Manage, coordinate, and/or support policy enforcement projects as needed
- Communicate clearly the progress of ongoing initiatives to internal stakeholders, including the ability to synthesize feedback and adjust plans accordingly
