The successful candidate will have responsibility for key sales delivery functions across all EMEA markets and programs including strategic go-to-market coordination, frontline agent communications, customer perspective and sales innovation. - Develop consistent strategies and functions essential to successful delivery across SBG’s sales programs and regional sales goals
- Execute and lead globally aligned strategy in-region while influencing Headquarter team with prioritized regional needs and insights
- Equip Sales teams with knowledge, training and activation resources to enable them to be as effective as possible
- Proactively share innovation and growth opportunities in relation to product, process, sales and efficiency levers
- Proactively share best practices with regional peers to improve holistic customer experience and revenue growth
