Job Description

The successful candidate will have responsibility for key sales delivery functions across all EMEA markets and programs including strategic go-to-market coordination, frontline agent communications, customer perspective and sales innovation. Success in this position requires strong sales skills, a focus on processes and operations and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-focused environment delivering against tight deadlines.   • Develop consistent strategies and functions essential to successful delivery across SBG’s sales programs and regional sales goals
  • Execute and lead globally aligned strategy in-region while influencing Headquarter team with prioritized regional needs and insights
  • Equip Sales teams with knowledge, training and activation resources to enable them to be as effective as possible
  • Proactively share innovation and growth opportunities in relation to product, process, sales and efficiency levers
  • Proactively share best practices with regional peers to improve holistic customer experience and revenue growth

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Approx. 8+ years of relevant experience in either sales, sales enablement, strategy, or outsourced sales - ideally in the tech industry
  • Proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional groups internally and externally to produce meaningful & impactful results
  • Proven critical-thinking skills and creative problem-solving abilities
  • Proven experience in being self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and comfortable dealing with ambiguity
  • Analytical and process management skills, with attention to detail and rigor, can-do attitude, and desire to learn
  • Extensive knowledge of the advertising industry with a demonstrable understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem
  • Proven ability to design, manage and roll out Sales activation programs and resources
