Job Description

You will have a passion for learning and a head for numbers. You will be tasked with a range of duties aligned to offering a first-class experience for our customers. You will also have the opportunity to progress within the department or cross functionally.

• The monitoring of our customers' behaviour and identifying new and exciting opportunities to improve our already best-in-class experience for our customer will also be key to the role
• Responsibility for the commercial ownership of a selected number of Sports from the following list, including but not limited to: Soccer, Tennis, Golf, UFC/Boxing, European Basketball, European Ice Hockey, Table Tennis & Motorsport
• Monitor competitor pricing and product to ensure we can react to changing market dynamics
• Optimising strategic industry advantage such as Margin Chart differentials, establishing competitive advantages across multiple States through content optimisation and enhanced product

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Customer focused – thinks about customers 24/7 and creates processes, solutions etc. which tangibly improve customer experience.
• Attention to detail – is able to spot anomalies in large quantities of data and has the focus to constantly improve the finer details
• Effective Collaborator - works with others within the team and the wider organisation, whilst communicating effectively across a range of channels and audiences.
• Ability to work at pace, on own initiative and learn as they go.
• Makes quality decisions – makes confident decisions under pressure.
• Problem solver – ability to use what little details may be available to produce concise steps towards incident resolution.
• Ability to see problems before they become impactful.
• Previous industry experience with close interaction with at least one US Sports or one other aforementioned Sport (Soccer, Tennis, Golf, UFC/Boxing, Euro Basketball, Euro Ice Hockey, Table Tennis & Motorsport) preferred
• A passion for your role and a track record of strong performance
• A passion for US Sports is a must, College US Sports knowledge (in particular College Football) is an advantage
• High computer literacy with a strong standard of Excel
• Excellent numerical ability
