Job Description
You will be ensuring that clients receive a premium service where all orders placed are processed and dealt with in a professional and timely manner and are delivered on time.
- Being able to communicate with internal and external customers and suppliers by telephone and email
- Updating the customer user information on the database - daily
- Ensuring the ‘order tracking’ information is up to date at all times
- Sending jobs ‘to print’ using various software
- Other tasks as required from time to time
- Being able to deliver excellent customer service to internal and external customers and to enjoy dealing with people
- Sending jobs ‘to print’ using various software
- Have good knowledge of our products and services, in particular planners (student, teacher and primary)
- The ability to use a CRM system and tracker database to ensure all information is kept up to date
- Tracking jobs throughout their progress
- Providing proof assessment to planner jobs with very high accuracy and attention to detail
- Have a problem solving attitude, working with the Account Managers and Print Batching personnel to solve all types of queries relating to live orders

- To be able to work through target task lists being self-motivated and ‘wanting the sale’
- To be able to create and maintain accurate and up to date buyer records within a CRM system
- Being able to provide a concise quote for various products where necessary and upsell where appropriate
- Have a problem solving attitude, being able to deal with all types of queries and problem
