• Lead global and cross-functional projects to improve operational & member experience while partnering with teams across company
• Analyze complex safety & support flows and provide recommendations for process & policy improvements to develop scalable solutions for Operations & Escalations
• Act as a key voice for the Global team and be able to represent the team in cross functional discussions with key stakeholders
• Identify actionable insights, suggest recommendations and influence strategy
• Build & cultivate strong relationships with cross-functional partners both internally and externally (vendor partner sites) across the globe
• Analyze reports and dashboards to proactively identify risks & opportunities

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Minimum of 3-5+ years of experience in project or program management with a Trust & Safety and/or Customer Experience background
• Experience working with global operations teams across numerous time zones in a fast-paced online/community support environment
• Experience working with and delivering policy/process improvements at scale
• Experience influencing without authority
• Experience comfortably communicating risk to senior management and a proven ability of communicating to executive leadership
• High EQ, and a passion to unite people behind a common goal
• Experience analyzing datasets and making decisions based on trends & data
• Experience working with Google Docs, Spreadsheets, Excel etc & creating process flows
• Experience working with & maintaining relationships with vendor operations a plus
