Job Description

These are the shifts we currently have available:
Monday - Friday (8am - 5pm) This role is available permanently, where you will return to the office a few days a week once it is safe to do so.
You will:

  • Provide Wix users with technical solutions on all Wix products via phone, chat and email
  • Analyze user behavior, content suitability and relevance to determine their effect on user satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain positive customer relations and satisfaction
  • Influence the way we support our users and improve it to make sure our users’ experience is the best possible
  • Work with all other departments and product teams, and liaise with them about our users’ needs

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

We’re looking for a Customer Support Expert who’s fluent in Noewegian and English. No tech experience is required, we’ll train you!Fluent in Norwegian and English and eager to explore new technologies. Your customer service experience (in any industry) and your great communication skills enable you to solve problems thoughtfully and effectively.
