Job Description

The post holder will be required to undertake a range of responsibilities, including (but not limited to);

  • Diary Management for Senior Command Executive Officers as directed by the Business Area Lead.
  • Maintain accurate and systematic records to ensure information is easily accessible
  • Effectively manage all telephone, written and electronic communications
  • Maintain a RAID log during meetings, capturing minutes as necessary
  • Provide confidential support to the Command Team

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Experience in the use of IT and a good working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets and databases
  • Recognised secretarial qualification or relevant experience
  • Experience of operating a range of office equipment
  • Ability to demonstrate excellent customer service
