We are looking for a service driven individual to join our five star Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to either begin or continue your career in one of the Leading Hotels of the World. Working with a professional and welcoming Team you will be part of creating Merrion Moments for our guests and colleagues with your main duties including:
- Check guests in and out of the Hotel in line with Opera System and perform payment transactions to the Merrion Hotel standards.
- Have respect and pride for the hotel, its employees and its owners and be committed to their objectives and policies.
- Acknowledge all guests with a smile, eye contact and a greeting if appropriate, using the name if possible. Recognize and welcome regular guests.
- Take responsibility for the reception float, keys and security behind the desk while on duty, ensuring all is in order prior to handing over to the next shift.
Shift work & flexibility are required in this position.
