This role will primarily support them with HR and Recruitment administrative tasks, such as updating the HR information system, processing leavers, submitting the necessary forms for employee contractual changes and other requests, publishing job adverts, sending interview invitations, and responding to queries from candidates and managers. When required, this role will also support the Support Team Manager with general administrative tasks as assigned, support the Finance Coordinator with expenses and payments administration, as well as other finance related task, and provide cover for the reception service at the Student Services Centre, where this role is based.
Education Services is going through a period of growth and substantial change, as such, the Support Team are currently dealing with a high volume of work. Therefore, the successful candidate will need to have strong organizational skills and be able to work with conflicting deadlines. They will need to have good communication and interpersonal skills, and excellent customer service skills. Some administrative experience is required, and it would be advantageous to have HR/Recruitment administration experience, but not essential. This is a varied role, so it would suit someone who is able to learn various processes in different areas, simultaneously.
