Job Description

You will be leading the delivery of Travel function projects that improve internal customer experience and commercial metrics and targets.

  • Lead on assigned travel projects
  • Be the first point of escalation for project stakeholders
  • Prepare and manage project documentation
  • Deliver end-to-end solutions from planning & design through to implementation
  • Ensure HR feeds are accurate, and delivered safely and on time, to travel agencies
  • Liaise with Insurance, Risk Management and Duty of Care vendors to ensure accuracy of Travel Tracker data available
  • Collaborate with team members and key stakeholders to develop a business case for program enhancements
  • Develop communications plan for program changes and enhancements
  • Implement good governance of travel projects by ensuring involvement of appropriate personnel, decision-making process, and clear terms of reference
  • Manage project risks and expectations
  • Maintain continual oversight of implemented programs/projects, trouble-shooting and resolving issues as they arise
  • Provide support to regional Travel Manager's operational functions

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Experience in a similar operational role
  • Project management certification
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational, analytical and administrative skills, with a good focus on attention to detail
  • The ability to coordinate globally, and manage multiple internal stakeholders and external suppliers
