Job Description
In this role, you'll work with our customers as they go through a sustainable onboarding period and set the roadmap/strategy for how their products and services reach users. You'll also be responsible for owning the relationship with our acquisitions and business team for customers.
Responsibilities
- Deliver against assigned customer goals, while prioritizing and delivering an outstanding onboarding experience to advertisers.
- Work closely with our Acquisitions and Business teams to deliver seamless customer passes and ensure a great customer experience.
- Implement creative ways to improve our customer relationships, tailor and share performance-enhancing suggestions, and promote other products.
- Provide strategic advice and help our advertisers get the best return on their advertising investment by working closely in a consultative role with customers.
