Job Description

Your knowledge of online media combined with your communication skills and analytical abilities shapes how new and existing businesses grow. Using your relationship-building skills, you provide caliber client service, research and market analysis. You anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of key clients and understand how our range of product offerings can grow their business. Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.

You will be an advocate of customer-facing teams, and will be responsible for a portfolio of businesses and strategic business goals that come with it. You’ll use your problem-solving, sales, and objection managing skills to operate in a fast-paced scaled environment. You'll use your comprehensive understanding of the digital marketing landscape.

  • Work towards strategic business goals while prioritizing and delivering outstanding customer experience to grow our customers' business.
  • Conduct frequent phone consultations with customers to advise them on how to get the best return on their investment.
  • Implement creative ways to improve our customer relationships, tailor and share online marketing strategy suggestions, and promote other products.
  • Communicate with customers proactively.
  • Establish relationships via phone calls or e-mail marketing, and deliver a full consultative experience by following up with consistent educational communications.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience with sales.
  • Experience working with stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Ability to speak and write in Hebrew and English fluently.
  • Experience with Ads and online advertising.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects at a time while paying attention to detail.
  • Ability to develop thought leadership abilities, industry expertise with executive functioning skills.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and work well with others.
