Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
6+ years of consultancy, client or media sales experience and 3+ years of management experience
Ability to build trust with clients & agencies helping our team grow their companies by delivering a consultative sales approach to clients and partners
Proven track record of inspiring, leading and developing teams
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment with strong analytical and strategic planning background
Strong working knowledge of the digital marketing industry and experience with direct response online advertising campaigns
Proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales revenue goals, leading change and driving operational excellence through data, process & systems.
Project management experience and/or proven ability to deliver across a variety of teams
Understanding of the FB product suite, and experience in translating the output of complex data sets in a client friendly narrative for B- and C-level contacts
Demonstrated track record of leading and building strategic growth plans
