You will work closely with another Assistant and alongside Payroll and Pensions Officers and Senior Officers, Payroll and Pensions Manager and Deputy Manager to provide a seamless, proactive and efficient Payroll and Pensions service.
Key responsibilities include ensuring that employee queries are resolved in a timely manner; processing payroll and pension data changes and payments; ensuring new employees are set up on the HR/Payroll system, and supporting the Payroll and Pensions Team to ensure an enhanced payroll and pension service for our customers.
